SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Nestadem. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for COD). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Estimated delivery is 5-9 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas and Tier-3 locations may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on eligible orders or during promotions.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders and pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. To prevent fraudulent orders, we may verify COD orders by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number. You can use it to track your shipment via the courier partner's website. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will help resolve any issues.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. NON-DELIVERY / RTO
If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) because the customer refused delivery or was unreachable, any refund (for prepaid orders) will be issued after deducting applicable shipping charges.
